Ban a client

Ban a client who shouldn’t book with you again. A banned client can’t book online or in person until you unban them.

Ban the client

Open the client

In the menu, go to Clients and select the client.

Open the menu

Select the three dots at the top of their profile, then Ban client.

Confirm

Select Ban client.

You see “Client banned.” with an Undo button, and their profile shows a Banned tag.

Select the three dots on their profile, then Unban client.

Their existing bookings stay. Cancel any you don’t want to keep. See Cancel an appointment or mark a no-show.
Banning keeps their history. To erase their details instead, see Delete a client.
