What clients see
A client who opens your booking site without a location sees one screen, Choose a location, in place of the page. Each location shows its name and today’s hours, or Closed today. Once they select one, the page they asked for opens at that location.Choose a location on a booking site with three locations
Switch locations
The location’s name sits at the top of every page. To switch, a client selects it and chooses another. They stay on the same page when it shows something different at each location.Find the nearest location
- When your locations have a map pin, clients can select Use my location to list the nearest first, with the distance to each.
- With many locations, clients can search by name or area.
Clients are asked once
Your booking site remembers the location a client chose on that phone or computer. Next time, it opens on that location, and they can still switch.Link straight to one location
A link that names a location skips the question. To get one, open your booking site, choose the location, then copy the address from your browser’s address bar. Use it on that location’s Google profile, its Instagram, or a button on your own website.Good to know
- With one location, clients are never asked. The top of the page shows your area, with directions.
- The Map tab shows only at locations with a floor plan. See Book a bay from the map.
- To change a location’s name, hours or address, see Add a location. Name a location by its place, such as “BGC” or “Makati”.
- What each location offers follows your settings: who works there, which services it has, and its prices. See Set a different price at each location.
