What customers see
Customers select the chat button and type a question, or pick one of the suggested questions. The concierge answers with a short sentence and a card:- Services, classes and packages with their prices, each with a button to see open times.
- Hours and addresses for each location, with Directions.
- Your team, your FAQ and your cancellation rule.
- Their own bookings, credits and membership, once they sign in.
- A booking card for one class or one appointment, with the price your booking site charges. They book by pressing it. For more than that, like a booking with several services, it opens your booking site with their choice filled in.
The concierge on a phone
Good to know
- It answers from your booking site. It reads only what your booking site already shows, plus a signed-in customer’s own bookings. It never sees your other clients, your notes, charts, forms or reports.
- What it sends. What customers type, and your public services, prices and hours, go to OpenAI to find the answer. Emails and phone numbers that customers type are hidden first.
- What it costs. It uses your plan’s AI allowance, the same one the assistant uses, and up to 10% of your month’s AI use in one day. When the day’s or the month’s share is used, the chat button is hidden until it resets. See Your AI use and the AI add-on.
- Your contact button stays. Customers can still reach you from the contact button at the top of your booking site.
- Clinics that keep charts. The concierge is not offered while Charts is on.
- The chat button is hidden on checkout and payment pages.
