## Book in the chat

Sign in first. Then ask for a class or an appointment, and the chat shows a card with the time and the price. Press the card's button to book it. For anything more, the chat opens the booking page with your choice filled in.

## Good to know

* Once you sign in, you can ask about your own bookings, credits and membership.
* What you type goes to an AI service to find the answer. Emails and phone numbers you type are hidden first.
* The chat may get something wrong. Check the time and the price on the booking card before you press it.
* To reach a person, use the business's contact button at the top of its booking site. See [Contact the business](/customers/contact-the-business).
