# Sync your calendars with Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda

> Connect each room to its listings, so a night sold on one is closed on the others.

export const WhoCanDoThis = ({permission, feature, plan, devices}) => {
  const rows = [];
  if (permission) rows.push(["Who can do this", `Owners, and anyone with the ${permission} permission`]);
  if (feature) rows.push(["Feature", `${feature}, turned on in Settings, Business, Features`]);
  if (plan) rows.push(["Plan", `${plan} and above`]);
  if (devices) rows.push(["Works on", devices]);
  if (!rows.length) return null;
  return <Info>
      {rows.map(([label, value]) => <span key={label} style={{
    display: "block"
  }}>
          <strong>{label}:</strong> {value}
        </span>)}
    </Info>;
};

Calendar sync works both ways. Onsuki reads each room's calendar from Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda and closes the nights booked there, and each platform reads the room's calendar from Onsuki and closes the nights booked here. It runs automatically, every 30 minutes.

## Before you start

* Add the accommodation and its rooms. See [Set up rooms for overnight and day stays](/business/stays/set-up-stays).
* Have the room's listing open on Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda.

## Connect a room

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the accommodation">
    In the menu, go to **Catalog**, then **Accommodations**, and select the accommodation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Calendar sync">
    Under **Calendar sync**, select **Connect** beside the room.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy the platform's address">
    On Airbnb, Booking.com or Agoda, look for **Export calendar** on the listing, and copy the address. It starts with https\://.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add it here">
    Paste it into **Calendar address** and select **Add calendar**. Onsuki reads it right away and tells you which platform it is.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Give the platform this room's address">
    Select **Copy address** beside the platform you added. On that platform, look for **Import calendar** and paste it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Do the same for each platform">
    Repeat for each platform the room is listed on, then select **Done**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Frame caption="Calendar sync for one room">
  <img src="https://mintcdn.com/onsuki/UIeiI2jUjAjLA3XG/images/screenshot-placeholder.svg?fit=max&auto=format&n=UIeiI2jUjAjLA3XG&q=85&s=99f044d7d8980a49b778cfecd6a269b8" alt="Calendar sync for a room: Airbnb and Booking.com connected, each with Copy address, and the Calendar address field" width="1440" height="900" data-path="images/screenshot-placeholder.svg" />
</Frame>

Each room under **Calendar sync** then lists its platforms, and each platform shows when it last synced.

## Good to know

* **Each platform gets its own address.** Copy the address beside each platform, not one for all: the address Onsuki gives a platform leaves out that platform's own bookings.
* **Sync now.** To read a platform's calendar right away, select the sync button beside it.
* **Double booking.** If a booking on a platform overlaps one here, the platform is marked **Double booking**, and everyone with the Manage business details permission is emailed. Onsuki never changes or cancels a booking because of it: decide with the guest which stay to keep, then cancel the other where it was made.
* **Not syncing.** If a platform's address stops working, the room is marked **Not syncing**, and after a few failed tries the same people are emailed. Copy the address from the platform again and add it.
* **Remove a platform** with the delete button beside it. The nights it closed here open again right away. Remove this room's address on the platform too.
* Nights from a platform show on the **Stays** board, so nobody books them here.
