# Choose which location your dashboard shows

> With two or more locations, the location menu sets which location your calendar, sales and orders show.

When your business has two or more locations, a location menu sits under your business's name. It sets which location your dashboard shows, and it stays as you move between pages.

## Switch location

**1. Open the location menu**

Select the location's name under your business's name. On a phone or a small tablet, it's in the bar at the top.

**2. Choose a location**

Choose a location, or **All locations** to see them together. The page you're on reloads for that location.

Your choice is remembered on that device for this business, so the dashboard opens on the same location next time.

## What it changes

| Page | What you see |
| - | - |
| **Calendar** | That location's calendar. The calendar shows one location at a time, so with **All locations** chosen it names the location it's showing. |
| **Sales History**, **Unpaid** and **Orders** | Sales, money owed and Shop orders at that location |
| **End of Day** | One location's day. It doesn't show all locations together. |
| **Reports**, **Analytics** and commission payouts | Figures for that location |
| **Inventory** | Products sold at that location, with its stock |
| **Team** | The people who work there |
| **Services**, **Packages** and **Events** | What that location offers |

New bookings, quick sales and walk-ins are made at the location the calendar shows.

**Clients**, **Settings**, **Website** and **Forms** are the same at every location, so the menu doesn't change them.

## Good to know

* With one location, you don't see the menu.
* The menu lists only the locations you work at. If you work at one location, it shows that location's name and doesn't open. If you work at some locations, **All locations** isn't offered. See [Locations and team access](/business/team/location-access.md).
* A link that names a location, such as one from a notification, opens that location whatever the menu says.
