# Send a campaign to your clients

> Email news and offers, or send a push, to the clients who agreed to hear from you.

export const WhoCanDoThis = ({permission, feature, plan, devices}) => {

A campaign is a message to the clients who agreed to get news and offers from you: a new service, an open slot, this month's offer. Send it by email, or by push to clients who use your business's own app. Every plan includes Marketing.

## Before you start

* Clients agree by checking **News and offers** when they book online. You can also turn on **News and offers** on a client's profile when they ask.

## Send a campaign

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Marketing">
    In the menu, select **Marketing**, then **Create campaign**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write the message">
    Under **Send by**, tick **Email**, **Push**, or both. Enter the **Subject** (a push calls it **Title**) and the **Message**. The **Preview** beside it shows what clients will see. Select **Send me a test** to get it in your own inbox first.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the clients">
    Select **Continue**. Only clients who agreed are listed. Keep everyone, or search and pick a few.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and send">
    Select **Continue**, check who it goes to, then select **Send now**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

</Frame>

To finish later, select **Save draft**. Drafts and sent campaigns are listed on **Marketing**, with who each one went to.

## How many you can send

| Plan or add-on | Emails each month | Push campaigns |
| - | - | - |
| **Included** in every plan | 500 | 1 a week |
| **Marketing Plus** | 5,000 | 3 a week |
| **Marketing Max** | 25,000 | 3 a week |

**Marketing** shows how many emails are left this month and when the count resets. Two push campaigns never go out within 24 hours of each other. When you reach the limit, sending stops until it resets.

## Good to know

* **Unsubscribing.** Every email has a link to unsubscribe. A client who unsubscribes is left out of every campaign until they agree again. The client's profile shows when and how they agreed.
* **Push needs your own app.** A push campaign reaches clients who use your business's own app. Until your business has one, **Push** can't be ticked. Talk to us about an app under your business's name.
* **Email being set up.** If **Marketing** says **Campaign email is being set up**, email campaigns open once it's ready.
* **Marketing Plus and Max** are added by an owner in **Settings**, **Subscription**, under **Marketing**, the same way as the AI add-on. See [Your AI use and the AI add-on](/business/ai/ai-use-and-add-ons).
* Don't see **Marketing**? Ask an owner to give you the Send marketing campaigns permission, or to turn on **Marketing** in **Settings**, **Business**, **Features**.
