> Sign with your PIN or Face ID.

export const WhoCanDoThis = ({permission, feature, plan, devices}) => {
  const rows = [];
  if (permission) rows.push(["Who can do this", `Owners, and anyone with the ${permission} permission`]);
  if (feature) rows.push(["Feature", `${feature}, turned on in Settings, Business, Features`]);
  if (plan) rows.push(["Plan", `${plan} and above`]);
  if (devices) rows.push(["Works on", devices]);
  if (!rows.length) return null;
  return <Info>
      {rows.map(([label, value]) => <span key={label} style={{

        </span>)}
    </Info>;

<WhoCanDoThis permission="Sign client charts" />

Signing a chart entry says it's accurate and locks it. After that, any change is added as an amendment and the signed version is kept.

## Before you start

* Set up your signing PIN and your signature. If you haven't, Onsuki asks you to the first time you sign.
* Your role needs the **Sign client charts** permission.

## Sign the entry

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select Sign chart">
    When the entry is done, select **Sign chart** at the top.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your PIN">
    Check the name under **Signing as**, then enter your six-digit **Signing PIN**, or select **Use Face ID** if it's shown. The entry signs as soon as the PIN is complete.
  </Step>
</Steps>

You see "Chart signed." and the entry shows **Completed**. When your business requires a Medical Director's sign-off, it shows **Ready for review** instead and goes to the Medical Director.

## Sign off as the Medical Director

Open an entry that's **Ready for review** and select **Sign off**, then enter your PIN. To send it back, select **Request changes** and give a reason: the provider's signature is removed and the entry goes back to them.

## Amend a signed entry

<Steps>
  <Step title="Select Amend chart">
    Open the entry and select **Amend chart**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Make your changes">
    Edit the fields that need it. Each change is listed under **Amending chart**, with the old value shown as **Was**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a reason and sign">
    Choose a **Reason for amendment**, then select **Sign amendment** and enter your PIN.
  </Step>
</Steps>

To give up an amendment, select **Discard**.

## Good to know

* When your business doesn't require signatures, the button reads **Mark as complete** and no PIN is asked.
* After five wrong PINs, signing with a PIN stops for 15 minutes.
* When the entry is part of a treatment plan with sessions still to go, **Chart details** shows **Book next session** once it's signed. It opens a new appointment for the same client, with the plan's service when the plan has one.
